About LeakCheck

LeakCheck is a collection of free privacy utilities — starting with a genuine WebRTC & IP leak test — plus buying guides for VPNs and privacy tools.

How we work

• Tools first. Our flagship pages are interactive tools that run real checks in your browser. A tool either works or it doesn't — there's no room for spin.
• Comparisons from public data. When we rank VPNs, we use published specifications (server counts, protocols, jurisdictions, audited no-logs claims) and cited public community feedback (e.g., Reddit threads). We link our sources.
• No fabricated testing. We will never claim "we tested 40 VPNs" unless we actually did. If a claim isn't backed by a real test or a cited source, it doesn't go on the page.
• Money, disclosed. LeakCheck plans to earn through affiliate commissions on VPN referrals. Every page with affiliate links carries a clear disclosure — see our affiliate disclosure.

What we're not

We're not a VPN company, we're not paid to rank anyone first, and we're not a news outlet. We're a small independent tools site. If you spot an error in our data, tell us and we'll fix it with a correction note.
