VPN Leak Test
Your VPN encrypts your traffic — but a WebRTC leak can expose your real IP address to any website you visit, even with the VPN connected. This free tool runs a genuine WebRTC & IP leak test right in your browser and shows you exactly what sites can see.
What this test checks
- WebRTC leaks — enumerates ICE candidates via public STUN servers to find IP addresses your browser exposes.
- Your public IP & location — the IP, city, ISP, and timezone that websites see.
- Browser fingerprint basics — timezone, locale, WebGL renderer, screen size, platform.
Honest limits: this is a WebRTC & IP leak test. It does not test DNS leaks (not reliably doable purely in a browser) and it is not a VPN speed or encryption test. We say what we test and we test what we say.
What to do if a leak is found
- Check that your VPN's kill switch is enabled.
- Disable WebRTC in your browser settings (or use a browser extension that blocks it).

- Re-run the test after each change to confirm the leak is gone.
Privacy
All tests run locally in your browser. The only network requests are the STUN handshake (needed for the WebRTC check) and a single public IP lookup. Nothing is stored, logged, or sent to us.
